Emmanuel has lots of nice buildings and as the Buildings and Services officer I ensure that the upkeep of some of the ones used by students such as the Old JCR, the Bar and the Computer room. I'm the person to get in touch with if you have problems with rent or room grading. I also organise the ballot for 2nd and 3rd year rooms.
