Societies Funding
To apply for funding you need to do the following:
- Download and print the application form
- Fill it in, and return it to the Anna Seigal's pigeon hole.
- Contact the Treasurer if you have any problems
The Contingencies Committee will meet to decide on societies funding and if you are successful in your application, the Treasurer will submit a request to the College Accountant to transfer the funds into your society's bank account.

Contingencies Committee
The Contingencies Committee meets in Lent and Easter terms to allocate grants to help College members and societies. They can give money:
- to allow members of college to take part in University clubs and societies
- to help societies which were formed after the allocation committee made its funding decisions
- to help societies which need financial aid
The Contingencies Committee consists of
- the Treasurer, who chairs the meetings,
- the Assistant Treasurer, who acts as secretary,
- the President,
- another member appointed by the Exec who doesn't represent a society applying for funds.
Allocation Committee
The Allocation Committee, meets in the first half of the Michaelmas Term to consider Grant Applications from College Clubs and Societies. The Allocation Committee consists of
- the Treasurer, who chairs the meetings and acts as Secretary,
- the President,
- the Vice President.
- another member appointed by the Exec who doesn't represent a society applying for funds.
