The Allocation Committee, meets in the first half of the Michaelmas Term to consider Grant Applications from College Clubs and Societies.
The Allocation Committee consists of
- the Treasurer, who chairs the meetings and acts as Secretary,
- the President,
- the Vice President.
- another member appointed by the Exec who doesn't represent a society applying for funds.
