. Contingencies Committee .

The Contingencies Committee meets in Lent and Easter terms to allocate grants to help College members and societies. They can give money:

  • to allow members of college to take part in University clubs and societies
  • to help societies which were formed after the allocation committee made its funding decisions
  • to help societies which need financial aid

The Contingencies Committee consists of

  • the Treasurer, who chairs the meetings,
  • the Assistant Treasurer, who acts as secretary,
  • the President,
  • another member appointed by the Exec who doesn't represent a society applying for funds.
