Welfare Officer
Student welfare is a top priority for the Exec, and there is a Welfare Officer who is dedicated to ensuring that students get the most out of their time at Emma.
Welfare
Many people find being at university an amazing experience: learning new things, meeting new people and finding your way, your way. And it should be - despite the odd essay crisis!
I hope that you’re happy and healthy for most of the time that you’re in college, but for those times when something‘s getting you down - worry not; there are lots of people who can help!
Within college there are lots of people who you should feel free to talk to about anything that may be concerning you or a friend. There are also people who you can get advice from within the university and through national organisations.
In this section I’ve tried to include information about places that you can get help and support from when and if it is needed, along with general health information.
